Call and Live!

Call and Live, the first anti-trafficking regional campaign in the Americas in alliance with the InterAmerican Development Bank and the International Organization for Migration has been deployed in Ecuador, Nicaragua, the Dominican Republic, Costa Rica and the Latino Community in DC. We have received over 55,000 relevant phone calls, fostered 60 investigations and saved dozens of lives. With our Public Service Announcements, millions of people today know how to prevent falling prey to this horrific crime. This year, Mexico, Guatemala and El Salvador will join this unprecedented regional initiative.

The campaign includes an engaging documentary on human trafficking addressing the issues of prevention, protection and prosecution of this deplorable crime. As a commited citizen, Ricky Martin will address the general public about the complexities of this modern form of slavery in the introduction to the film.   The documentary will be launch this year.
